1. products, olfactory notes & pricing

• we make every effort to display the colors, bottle packaging, volume specifications, and fragrance descriptions as accurately as possible. individual perception of scents, notes, and performance may vary depending on skin chemistry and application.

• patch tests are recommended before regular application of fragrances; we are not liable for individual skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.

• all prices are listed in Indian Rupees ₹ and include applicable Goods and Services Tax unless mentioned otherwise.

• we reserve the right to modify prices, update product descriptions, or discontinue items without prior notice.

• receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee order fulfillment; we reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities due to inventory shortages, pricing inaccuracies, or fraud prevention checks.

1. payment, order processing & shipping

• accepted modes of payment include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and verified third-party payment gateways integrated into www.khianshperfumes.com.

• order dispatch timelines and delivery charges are shown during checkout. delivery estimates are indicative and may face logistical delays caused by courier networks, courier safety guidelines for perfume transit, or weather conditions.

• risk of loss and title for all ordered items pass to you once the package is handed over to our logistics partner.

1. returns, replacements & cancellations

• due to hygiene, safety, and the personal nature of perfumery products, opened or unsealed perfume bottles cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

• returns or replacements are entertained only for incorrect shipments, transit damage, or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear unboxing videos and photographs.

• all eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method in line with our return policy.

1. intellectual property & license unless otherwise stated, KHIANSH PERFUMES and its parent entity own all intellectual property rights, trademarks, brand identity, logo assets, bottle visuals, and website content on www.khianshperfumes.com.

• you may view and download pages strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

• you must not reproduce, sell, license, duplicate, or republish any content, brand logos, perfume descriptions, or images without our prior written consent.
