KHIANSH PERFUMES (Website: www.khianshperfumes.com)

At Khiansh Perfumes, we take special care in packaging our luxury fragrances, attars, and bottles to ensure they arrive safely, securely, and leak-free at your doorstep.

⏳ Shipping & Dispatch Timelines

• Order Processing: Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 48–72 hours of confirmation ( for orders, dispatch begins post-verification/confirmation).

• Festive & Seasonal Delays: During peak festive rushes (such as Diwali, Eid, Janmashtami, Holi) or unavoidable disruptions (extreme weather, regional holidays, strikes), dispatch times may be slightly extended.

• Packaging: All glass bottles, sprays, and concentrated perfume oils are secured with multi-layer protective packaging and dispatched via trusted courier partners.

• Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

📌 Important Guidelines

• Cancellations & Lost Shipments: If an order is lost in transit, canceled prior to dispatch, or undelivered due to logistical issues, a full refund (including shipping charges) will be issued.

• Partial Cancellations: If you cancel only a part of your order, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.

• Returns: If an order is returned or rejected at the doorstep, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

• Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete delivery address with accurate PIN codes, landmarks, and an active phone number to ensure timely delivery.

• Damaged / Tampered Deliveries: Fragrance bottles are fragile. Do not accept parcels that appear visibly damaged, cut, or tampered with. In case of transit damage or leaks, contact customer support immediately with unboxing photos/videos.
